My husband picked up my car and there is paint chipped off of the door handle that was not there when it was dropped off, and geico called me saying that my car had been ready since Tuesday and it was only ready on that same day that geico called on Thursday. I feel that I was not treated as a customer.

My husband had to ask them to buff the car where the paint line was harsh, I have overspray on my window, and my door handle paint is chipped and was not like that when we dropped it off.

They called me at the end of the day Thursday telling me to come get my car and I let her know I could not pick up that day and they called the insurance and told them the car had been ready since Tuesday and I just hadn’t picked it up so the insurance was saying they weren’t going to pay for my rental from misinformation from the shop.
