The front tire on the driver's side rubs the inside of the liner when turning. The power steering is making noise as if the pulley or pump is loose to the belt. I'm otherwise happy to have my truck back. The appearance is good. It feels like it rides stiffer than i remember. But it has also been nearly two weeks since i drove it. So it might just be likely new shocks/struts. I've not yet had tome to review the total invoice.

Had a few questions about some things after pick up. Answered promptly and clarified that what those small things were. Were just my truck now was driving like new, not like it had been a used truck anymore. Steering much tighter and responsive, no more slight creak of old joints etc. It felt so different that I didn't realize that what i gad thought was good wasn't, that i was used to nearly worn out and having things returned to factory fresh threw me way off. We also discovered that the spoiler that had been on the truck when I got it, wasn't the correct one. With the correct one now I noticed i have oversize tires. It's amazing how you notice things are different when they're compared to things that are correct.

The office team listened to my gripes about things that were beyond their ability to repair. Explained things i had questions about and insisted i return because of what i thought were issues turning out to be "because these other things are no longer worn or broken. That's why things feel so different."

One of the covers for the tow hook on the bumper wont stay on. Also I didnt like that my battery was dead when I recieved the vehicle back. They failed to inform my wife not to turn it off until they get home. She went to autozone to get the battery checked and the battery wasnt recoverable. Called gerber back up and they said they wouldn't replace the battery and they didnt have anhthing ti program the battery with. I had checked the battery before bringing it to them it had a little iver half of the capacity it was supposed to but still had enough ti get the job done. Anyways. I had to buy a 200 scanner and 200 battery because they failed to use a $25 battery maintainer and they didnt help cover the costs in any of it. Won't be back. Though they did do good body work.

I asked to talk to a tech and she refused. I wanted to make sure the coolant was all the way in the right way volkswagen can be hard to deal with. She told me it was already done. So I left it at that. But this is nit a normal car. It has three coolant pumps that must be bled and one solenoid to open up and then vaccum fill.
