Great work and fast service I wasn’t supposed to have my truck till march 20th brought it in feb 18 job was done on March 4th got me back in business and the truck looks amazing you can’t even tell it was in an accident. Thank you and your team so much!! 10/10 recommend!

Arguments within customer service is very disrespectful especially when frontline isn’t doing the work. A simple gesture of kindness goes along ways. Also, I have driven several vehicles with aftermarket wheels and tires and that doesn’t reflect why the vehicle is scrubbing. This could have been a much easier process of explanation and resolving my concerns however I feel once you receive a payment the level of customer service immediately decreases in concern and efficiency.

I got my vehicle back after repair and noticed the right tire was scrubbing the front bumper of my vehicle. While inspecting I also noticed there was no cover on the bumper protecting the fog lights. I came back to the body shop only to instant argumentative reactions. The main office stated that the scrubbing was pre existing. They also stated they always take pictures but none were presented. In an accident, if something falls off the vehicle it should be replaced if that’s the reasoning behind it not being on my vehicle.

As stated previous, the initial customer service was great until vehicle repair and funds were collected then no one wanted to hold accountability for my vehicle not being properly fixed.
