Good communication on progress being made, friendly staff. Only complaint: they didn’t drive the car around to the customer lot; instead I had to maneuver through the garage to the back parking lot where the car was.

Was disappointed when called to tell me it was ready for pickup, to find when I got there that the area that was painted on the left rear quarter panel had a visible paint run and the bracket for the temp sensor had not been replaced, was very disappointing. I pointed the problems out and these issues where corrected the next business day. Overall I was satisfied, but felt these were visible things that should have been corrected before I was called to pick it up in the beginning.
