Great customer service! My inspector kept me constantly updated throughout the whole process. Brandi was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. I really appreciate her time on getting the damages repaired asap.

Every member of the staff went above and beyond my expectations. From scheduling, repairs, help with adjusting my rental rate all the way through delivery of my repaired vehicle. My car was detailed and spotless when it was returned to me and they even offered to put my tag on it when it arrives. Highly recommend Gerber Collision. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail!

Every step of the way Brandi kept me notified, and that was so helpful to me! I HATED getting in to the wreck and I really dreaded having to wait a long time before getting my car (so I was warned by my friends that had unpleasant experiences) BUT my experience was just the opposite! From when I dropped off my car where I was promptly greeted and I met with a Parts Mgr because Brandi was swamped and they didn’t want me to have to wait. I appreciated the Teamwork! Brandi reached out later that day telling me the process and assured me she would keep me informed! And that she did! I will definitely use Gerber if anything ever happens that I need yiur services agsin. I will also refer y’all to others needing to have collision repair.

I appreciate so much that Miss Brandy explain to me when I brought my car in for the first estimate and then when I went back in to turn the vehicle in for repairs the experience was fine and wonderful had no issues and as of today when I picked up my vehicle I spoke with Miss Brandy and she explained to me everything that was done and she went out of her way to making sure that I understood what have been done and if I had any problems that I could contact her which I completely appreciate

My car looks better than it did when I bought it off the lot. Thank you guys so much I was torn apart about my car because I thought it wouldn’t be able to be fixed but you guys really did a good job and I’m highly satisfied. They repaired my damage in a very timely manner. They kept me updated via text about progress of the repairs being done. Once the work was completed, they walked me through what was done and make sure I was good with everything! And they clean my entire car that was a bonus for me. I would definitely use them again.
