The car looks great and I appreciate that the repair was done 2 days earlier than estimated. Getting the car back clean and looking like it was never damaged was great. I liked getting text updates and the ladies (Wendy and Lori) were very helpful!!

I was very dissatisfied with the dishonesty of the employees at this particular location. My vehicle was there for 3 days and upon receiving it yesterday I discovered my 70.00 cash was missing from my console. I was very disappointed and I have absolutely no plans of returning my business. very upset!

Andrew wrote up my estimate for me and answered all the questions I had to put all confidence in their work. Wendy and Laurie were very nice on the times I came into the lobby to get the estimate and bring in the vehicle. Dropped the vehicle off and wanted to discuss a few more particulars about the repaint which were answered and once again put at ease that the work would be done well and my Vehicle taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised by the text updates to my phone. I really liked that about the service. I picked up my car after only a few days and the excellent work that was promised was delivered on time. I love my Trans Am and trust very few people to service it. Champs in Hammond is one of those and will continue to be. Thanks again!
