The service was great! Everyone was friendly and courteous. The work was done very quickly. My only concern is that in more than one place, my car had some goop on it so the work was not cleaned up very well. The very nice gentleman who helped me, removed some of it and then I found more when I got home. In one place in particular I could not remove it all.

Everyone at Gerber was very kind and courteous. The service was very quick. The only concern I had was my car was not cleaned up properly and there was goop left on my car. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and removed most of it. But I found it in other areas on my car when I got home and removed it myself…. it came off pretty much. I had a problem with one particular area and it’s still there.

Done quickly, just needed to return because a sensor was not clipped in place and every time I was backing immediately signalled even though nothing was behind me. In future you must use clips on all details necessary to secure what ever. My husband now deceased was in the auto body repair industry for 50 years. So I do know quite a bit about this industry. But thank you for my repair and concern in my satisfaction.
