The Gerber team was AWESOME! I especially appreciated the text updates on the progress of repairs on the car. Angie, Tod and Dave were very professional, a pleasure to work with after the unfortunate experience of my car being rear-ended with significant damage. Thanks to the hard work of the Gerber team, my one and a half year old car looks show room new again!

I was be impressed with the job done. The manager keep me up with process and the car looks great. It was even done a day ahead of schedule. The secretary also was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Excellent job on repairs/paint. Had to wait longer for my car to be finished due to back ordered grill for my Lexus. That however was not the fault of Gerber. Gerber was excellent about keeping me updated on status as it progressed. Highly recommend their services.

Everyone at the shop was wonderful. They were warm, they were welcoming. They were helpful and I have to say that Todd did a good job. Estimating and Dave is the man I love that guy. He is so nice to deal with your franchise. Is very lucky you have these people?All of them were very helpful and consider it.And I hope I don't need the services again.But if I do, there's only one place, i'm going to go

The service was professional and I was kept up to date with the progress of my vehicle but one thing I didn't like was the way the lady that was in there when I picked up the car ,she acted like she had an attitude and addressing me as "they are here to pick up the vehicle and I didn't like that but I always like God deal with ignorance.

Dropping the car off was pleasant and courteous but coming to pick up the car was a different kind of service the lady who was there that day was not very nice, she referred to me as they but I ignored that, she needs to learn how to be a better customer service representative

Other front window now has a scratch on it and it scratched the tint off a little bit. It wasn’t like that before the vandalism. Other than that the truck looks great
