Everything run smoothly - from damage assessment to picking up the repaired car. They fix the car sooner that first estimated and the job was really well done. Nice treatment, everything was explained and they are keeping you updated twice a week. Keep doing good job!

I would use you again, but hopefully won't have too. I was hesitant being that it was an hour and a half from my home but you kept me posted at every level of the repair. It looks like I was never in an accident. Thank you for your understanding of the glass all over the car and my concern for my grandchildren. You went over my expectations to make sure there wasn't any glass left. You listened when I told you the carpet was different than any carpet I've had in a car, so hard to clean. My car looks great! Good job. The only downside was the experience with the rental. I dropped my car off, but I had to wait 2 hours to get the rental car. That doesn’t matter now. I appreciate how easy it was working with you.

The car service was unprepared to deliver a car on time and I had to wait 2 hours at Gerber in my car. Because of that I rated Gerber an 8. I would have given them a 10 otherwise.

The work that was completed was done in a very timely manner. I would have appreciated a discussion of options in addition to the claim. Knowing now that the entire side of the truck box was going to be repainted, I would have paid additional money out of pocket to repair a small dent. Unfortunately, this dent just got a fresh coat of paint.
