I really only dealt w Troy, I did talk to Phoebe a couple times, and met them both when I picked up my vehicle. I should now like to sincerely thank anyone who had ANYTHING to do with my vehicle repair. I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service at this location. I would return there again and again, and will recommend their services to any and every friend or family that requires collision repair. The absolute expedience of the repair from start to finish earns a 10/10!!!!!!!!!

From the very first call to set up the appointment for evaluating the damage to my car, to the day they called to say my car was ready to be picked up, I was always informed of what was found, when parts were ordered and received, any additional damages that showed up after the damaged parts were removed , and the car delivered when promised. They checked back with me after that to make sure everything was fine with the car. I will not hesitate to recommend Gerber in Haslett. Every person I had contact with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made you feel like your patronage is valued.
