I was being informed automatically of progress and when to expect my vehicle UNTIL the delays started. The delays were understandable, but I had to call almost daily after the delays started to check the status.

I believe we were misled in thinking it wasn’t going to take long to complete the work on the car. We were given two completion dates that passed before the vehicle was finally finished. It cost me more money than I had planned. I was satisfied with the work done on the vehicle.
