Skid plate was fastened with wire not actual fasteners or plugs on some holes. New (plastic) skid plate was installed not metal. Not sure how it will hold up to the heat sitting right under the engine.

When dropping off keys for appointment, I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes before they could take the keys and sign permission forms for them to begin the work on parts they already ordered and I paid for.

Job looked good but following my Son home and the left tail light was not working. Evidently the bulb was damaged when it was hit. I am sure you removed the tail light to make the repair and that it would have been checked after the repair.

I drove the car from Havelock to Morehead city. My son drove it home from the Rental Car Facility. As soon as we pulled out of the Parking lot I noticed that the rear tail/signal light was not working so I drive close behind him so he would not get a ticket and no one would run in the back of him. You and I paid a good chunk of money for the repair so I expect when I pick it up everything has been checked out and safe to drive. When we got home my son fixed it jusu had to replace the bulb which was close to the damage so it was probably damaged when it was hit. Other than that I was very well satisfied with their service.
