Wow! The level of customer service is amazing at Gerber collision. From the front desk ladies, the estimator, the technician, and to the person that wash and prep my car before picking it up. Just exceedingly professional. I’m impressed with everyone but especially with my estimator, Kevin Pelland, he was very helpful and detailed due the entire process. Keep up with everything that had to do with my car and letting me know the progress and hiccups along the way via voicemail. I’m just very happy and very impressed. Will use them again, will refer them, and will keep them in my prayers. Thank you all.

Reigo and I think it was Marlow finished fixing my car days later after car was returned to me by turning on the horn. Shelby did all he could do to get it to me before the parts supplier failed to send the right light part. Overall it was a good job

Mike did an amazing job keeping me informed along with the insurance company, and taking care of everything I needed, from the very beginning with the quote on my vehicle. The only reason its not 10 is because when I picked up my vehicle there was a malfunction that would require more time to service/rectify.
