Riley was very professional. When I arrived she did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and assessed the damages - and she explained everything in detail. She clearly articulated how the process would work and kept me informed. Jill at the front office was also a great resource and very helpful. My repair was completed quickly and well ahead of schedule. The Service department did a wonderful job. I am very impressed with this particular Gerber Collision location and would recommend them to anyone who needs collision repairs.

Didn’t listen to me about the repair needed and not all repairs got done they had over a week and could have had the mechanicals done while waiting for parts ☹️. Now I have to arrange another day to have the car down
