The front panel that was removed and painted by Gerber has chips all over it and some orange peel and the paint doesn’t match at all !

Mr. Jimmy was a very nice man and the office lady Sam was nice as well. The update process to Me was thorough and the repair was very fast, maybe the paint part was too fast causing My problems.

Sam and Mr Jimmy gave me excellent customer service. My car was ready in 2 days and it looked new! The car rental was hassle free, I was picked up and I left the rental at Gerber and they picked it up. I will recommend Gerber to all my friends.

The team was phenomenal!! Sam, on the front desk, greeted me with a warm smile and once she found out I didn't have a rental, went above and beyond to help me get one from Enterprise! Then I met Jim who was so professional and amazing! We walked out to my car and discussed the repair needed and he took it from there! He was so personable as well and him and Sam explained the next steps. I had very minor repair and they thought they could get it to me in a few work days but they exceeded expectations and I received after just two work days, a day early! Repair was perfect, back to factory specs! They truly went above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed!!!
