The communication with the shop was absolutely amazing, everything was done in a timely manner in relation to the extent of the damages to my vehicle. The work was done competently and quickly for a much more reasonable price than the dealership. There was a minor glitch because the manual wasn't clear about how many pieces the side mirror cowling required, but when I had the same problem on my former Prius, the dealership took 4 tries to get the 4 parts.
