From start of process to end. Everyone was friendly, thorough in the explanation of all details, the timeliness and quality of work, was very high standard. It looks like my two back fenders got scuffed up while you had them off the truck. Also, the bedliner spray-in was charged to the insurance company, but it was done piecemeal and doesn't match all the way around. The tailgate portion looks particularly bad and the bottom of the bed wasn't done at all. It also looks like you didn't uninstall the 5th wheel hitch and replace it or the bed could have been sprayed. The racing stripes look like you used a kit for the 150 because they come up short at every juncture. I am very unhappy, especially with the scuffs and scratches on the fenders.
