The entire experience with Gerber was handled with care and professionalism...from Molly at the front desk to Austin responding back in a timely matter..i was kept informed and updated as to the progress of my vehicle and it's repair needs..i appreciate the staff and would highly recommend their services for any car repair needs..we are lucky to have such a excellent repair shop in the Jamestown area

Repair took 4 months. Repair shop attempted to give truck back several times before it was ready. Was promised many times it would be ready months before I got it back. Truck was dirty inside. It is still not 100 % right. Have had repair work done elsewhere in the past from other places and it was a very different experience. This was not a good experience
