The original work was excellent, and the initial service was great. Unfortunately, the vehicle sustained new scratches on the cowl panel, right between the windshield wiper fluid nozzles. Although they checked the cameras, confirmed the damage, and agreed to fix it, when I picked up the car I noticed that this main area was left untouched.
