Great team, extremely easy process. Went above and beyond with helping me during the rental car and insurance process. The single complaint that I have is the wax/shine coat used was sprayed all over my windshield and I couldn’t see out of my window with the early morning dew so I have to find a way to get the residue off the front and rear windshield. Everything else was phenomenal.

Everyone was nice & respectful. The guy estimating my car said he was going to talk to the insurance about my front windshield that got 100x worse from the accident that wasn’t my fault. Quite honestly I’m not sure if he did or didn’t, I was never informed. I didn’t know it was wasn’t fixed until I picked the car up. Lack of communication from him, not very satisfied with that. So much for “trying”

Gerber Collision was amazingly honest and thorough. They (Nick F.) advised me that there was a chance my mirror could repaired with parts and not a total replacement, which was much more reasonable. They were able to do so, and I am thrilled with their integrity, service, and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.
