I brought my car in to have some minor repairs and replacement parts on my vehicle which was struck by a hit and run driver The handles on the driver side were replaced fine, the scraps on that side of the vehicle and window scraps were repaired. Some molding on the front was replaced. However there were unresolved problems With the driver side mirror which was knocked off. Gerber had the car for two weeks. Two mirrors were ordered which were after market parts. Neither one had the functionality of the original. The blind spot function and ability to move the mirror inside the vehicle were not working I had to leave town and had pushed the departure date back twice to try to get the. Correct part. I have a $2000 deductible which I paid you And had to accept parts not working for my car and will have to pay someone else to fix Whst you could not. Also when I picked the car up there were were a few things to buff out on the hood Which were from the mirror flying over the hood during the accident. I think Jason did try to get the part. And he was accommodating due to the circumstances.

No one plans on having an auto accident. Your repair skills are excellent. But you took our Elantra on a Wednesday and said the repairs would be done by the following Friday. Friday became the following Monday...Monday became Tuesday...Tuesday became Wednesday. AND YOUR CUSTOMERS MAKE PLANS BASED ON WHEN TO EXPECT THE CAR TO BE READY!!! I urge you NOT undercut the time needed to do proper repairs. Our personal plans had to be altered NOT ONCE...NOT TWICE...BUT THREE TIMES. You should take that into consideration when estimating completion of the work.
