Office staff and appraiser were very professional. Office is clean and I feel like your brand is an upgrade from a lot of the independents. When I picked up my vehicle it wouldn't start and the battery was run down. I'm not sure how that happened or why. The friendly office staff had someone come out and jump the battery off. I took my vehicle to the dealership where I had purchased the battery they ran an all-day test on it and said the battery was fine. Not sure what caused it to run down at Gerber. Today I noticed that the pad that was replaced on the bumper has popped up in one spot. It appears that it needs to be screwed down. Hopefully this can be fixed without me needing to leave my car again. Please reach out to me how to get this reattached. Thank you again!

When I picked it up I thought a few minor things were wrong but it’s horrible. I have contacted Geico about…. 2 pieces of bumper trim not installed properly, broken tail light trim, trunk-lid/latch panel not installed properly, rattle from rear of the car, overspray on the hood.

Not willing to take care back and give me a rental. I’m traveling to Chattanooga on Sunday for a work commitment and I’m honestly afraid to drive it. I wish I would have never taken it.
