When we picked our vehicle up I spoke to the lady at the desk not the one actually was working on our case,he never walked with me outside to show me what y'all done. Then when I left out I noticed my signal was flashing fast I just figured blowed bulb. They left it unplugged. And y'all got yalls money from the insurance company said it was complete. But it isn't finished. I'm not impressed. Y'all told us y'all got parts sent all through day.

The team at Gerber was very professional. They were prompt with responses to my questions & concerns. I was kept updated on the progress & time frame of the needed repairs. The repairs took less time than their original estimate. Most of all, the work they did was excellent. My vehicle is silver and required paint. It is very difficult to match silver, but there is no difference in the original paint and the paint work that was done in their shop. I would highly recommend the Gerber Collision & Glass located on Volunteer Parkway, Bristol TN.
