Short delay in getting car looked at from 7/2 to 7/7 due to 4th of July weekend was not a problem. But, then a delay to 7/21 to take the car in was excessive, First told it would take 6 days, Then, changed about approx. 2 weeks. We were leaving on 7/31 for 12 days. On 7/30 (?) they called to say it was done. They changed their mind re: the need to be recalibrated. Parked it in the garage and left. Looked OK. Will know better when we get home tomorrow.

The work was done with only a couple days extended from original estimated date. I received phone calls along the way updating on the progress. The only thing I’m bummed about it I asked them to look at my air conditioning when I dropped the car off then asked two more times on phone calls. They said they were charge the refrigerant but when I picked it up nothing was mentioned about it or a bill given for the AC. It was still blowing out hot air when I picked it up so no charge on the refrigerant.
