The repair was very well done. When we spoke with people on staff they were friendly and accommodating and provided good customer service. However, the time of service and the lack of honest communication was really frustrating.

The staff was incredibly personable and accommodating. However, several times I was advised that I would receive communication and didn’t; and what was originally estimated at 1.5weeks, took 5.5 for completion.

I would give a 10 but it was in repair for 7 weeks and the battery went dead. Now thd display has lost data and has to be reprogrammed.

The repair was great. This would be a 10 but the communication was pretty much non- existant. The only times i found out anything was when i called.I was told twice that I would be notified about something. The only call I got was when the repair was complete.
