We were not kept up to date on the progress of the repair, repairs took longer than estimated. Called once to check on status, placed on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up. Called a little later and took 3 hours for a call back. The car looks great.

The plastics around the fender are somewhat loose. There is a vibration at highway speeds but can’t be felt in the steering wheel.

You guys painted two doors put new molding on one door and put the old molding on one door without painting the old molding and the door with new paint and the old molding not repainted doesn't look good.
