We were absolutely thrilled by the people, by the service, and by the work on the car. What didnât work was the valet process. There were never enough people at Gerber working in order to deliver our car so we ended up having to deliver and pick up the car ourselves. The excuse was always that there were people out or missing. It wasnât a big thing but it was a service that was promised and not provided. Otherwise a very satisfying experience.
