i was left without a vehicle for a month and no one from Gerber on cornell street in kingston had the decency to call me to let me know about the delay. i had to be the one to pick up the call. not to mention on the day i pick it up I realize my gas tank door will no longer open which left me stranded because i ran out of gas and had no way to access my tank to fill it back up. i am requesting that Gerber does something to compensate for the damages and i really hope someone can find a way to get my car fix and now towed because it no longer drivable. this is the worse experience i’ve ever had with an auto mechanic shop. 0/10

Exceptional service and timely completion. Excellent workmanship, car looks brand new. Also appreciated the inside being thoroughly cleaned. Please know it was difficult driving home with a film covering all the windows, perhaps it was overlooked. Also, I was disappointed that Armor All was used on the dash board which left it sticky and difficult to clean off… Thank you again for your excellent service.
