The exterior looks great. The interior wasn't put together properly and several things were scratched. I sent Gerber photos and they reached out saying they've ordered parts to fix it. As long as that happens like they promised, I'm satisfied.

From the first call to Gerber to understand the process to get my vehicle repaired, to the last step of the completion of the repair, the customer service was five stars! Sarah, Corey, Ross, and the entire team were professional, courteous, and friendly. I was so impressed that I brought them donuts! I told them I admired their professionalism; it felt like the customer service of long ago. So many companies have lost that important part of their business. I often comment that if all businesses would follow the “Chick-Fil-A model”, they would be a guaranteed success (from product to service, they know how to run a business). I consider Gerber to be in the same ranks as Chick-fil-A! Thank you to everyone at Gerber for making what is usually not a pleasant experience such a positive one.
