We could not be more satisfied with the quality of service we received from your staff. We called your office and spoke to Tiffany. She told us we could bring the car over right away. On arriving the mechanic took a look at the problem and had Tiffany order the part. He then began working on the car so he could fix it when the part arrived. It took approximately 2 hours from the time we called and spoke to Tiffany and the time she called us back to say that the car was ready for pick up. We never expected to have our car back on the same day; especially on a Friday. We are so grateful for your staff and the professionalism and attention we received. We will definitely recommend Gerber to our family and friends. Thank you!!!!
