I was completely satisfied with my experience with Gerber. I had scraped the side of my car against a cement pole and when I brought my car in for an estimate, attention to my needs were assessed and I got a quote plus papers needed for my insurance company. I was told when to bring it in once I decided if I was going to let them fix it or someone else. Once I decided I called Gerber and was told when to bring my car in and when my car would be ready. The transition was so easy. Thanks Gerber!

Miss Tiffany was very polite. When I couldn’t get to my phone to accept her calls she gladly left messages and understood. Always answered when I called and they repaired my Altima in a couple weeks and were more than happy to keep me up to date. Got my vehicle back it was washed and vacuumed. Thanks to the people over there and their service !
