Very nice people, but poor service. After waiting 6 weeks for completion, we realized that our left tail light was out. We found that the bulb had been spray painted. That was careless! They should check all vehicles before leaving the lot.

The staff was very friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. They also notified the rental car agency with updates. The service was completed quickly and my car looks brand new again. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I hope I don’t need any body repair done in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be a return customer. I highly recommend Gerber Collision on Verot School Rd in Lafayette.

Left my camera lock off which isn’t a huge deal. But they just left it in cup holder. However it’s a matter of attention to detail. If you take it off. Ensure you put it back on.

Everything was good but the only thing was my brake light was not connected back. I called to let them know they said the light may have burned out or they forgot to connect the wires back. Nothing was wrong with the light when I brought it there. They should have checked everything to me before I left.
