An alignment was done as requested, however, the tires were not balanced/rotated as I was told this was "not covered by insurance"....I thought it was standard protocol to rotate/balance tires BEFORE an alignment is performed?!

I thought it took an inordinate amount of time to get my vehicle seen from the onset, and dates of completion keep being extended. Vehicle was in accident 4/27 and appointment for repair not until 5/20 with completion date of 6/26, which for the repairs required, seemed to be an extensive amount of time. With that said, they were very good with communicating delays and details of the repair, and their front office staff was very nice/professional.
