Gerber was able to complete the repairs to my vehicle and coordinated things with my insurance company and the company for my rental car. I received regular text messages with updates on the repair status. The vehicle was finished one business day prior to the estimate, which was nice. The only thing that would have made things better was receiving a text or email with an anticipated 'ready time' for pickup. I called the shop towards the end of the business day because I had to coordinate my afternoon activities to account for the drop-off / pickup.
