I had an issue with not receiving my estimate back for 2 weeks. On the day of my estimate appointment, Rob said he would call me back by EOD and he did not. After a week, I called again and spoke with the woman at the front desk (who was FANTASTIC every interaction I had with her) and she would have someone look into in Rob’s absence for me. I never received a call back. Finally got a call from Rob the following to Monday to schedule an appointment to get my issue fixed. No mention of the estimate amount. When I asked for it, he said he could not give me an accurate estimate at the time which I found strange. I did not receive an estimate until right before I got my issue fixed.

Not initially. I had to initiate the status calls but by the end of the waiting period they were on top of the communication. All is well that ends well.

Despite having to wait over 2 months for necessary parts to come in, once the final piece came in Sept, they moved very quickly to do the repairs & we are pleased with the quality of their work. They went the extra mile by cleaning our car before pickup which we were thrilled about.
