I feel as though anyone who is in a situation like this should feel that they are in good hands and should be updated once maybe twice a week. my car was there for 2 months and I had no idea the status of repairs. I will say I had an accident 1 year ago and had caliber collision of colmar handle my claim and vehicle and the service provided between both companies was night and day. caliber collisions process and updates was as if I knew where my vehicle was every step of the way no need to call and feel like i’m inconveniencing the shop for an update. example my mechanical work was sent out to a mechanical shop, no issue how ever I had no idea it was being done outside of gerber! having a mechanical background it would’ve been nice to know who to ask questions to if needed! I understand the world we live in and parts issues however just lack of communication alone left me just constantly wondering when we will get our vehicle back.

zero communication and any update I got I had to call to obtain. and the office admin that answers the phone was rude and I felt like I was inconveniencing her when I would call to get an update
