I would give them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them to everyone I know. They didn't just treat this like a standard business exchange they treated me like family and went completely above and beyond for my safety. From the incredible speed of getting me into a rental car and the flawless, brand-new quality of the repairs on my car, to their genuine care and constant communication, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.

But the team at Gerber worked absolute magic and brought it back to looking brand new, bringing so much relief back into my life. What truly sets them apart, though, is how fast and seamless they made the entire experience from the very first moment. They were able to get me set up in a rental car almost immediately, instantly taking away the overwhelming stress of trying to figure out daily transportation. Where they really blew me away, however, was their level of genuine empathy. They didn’t treat this like a cold, transactional business exchange at all; they treated me like family. The staff went above and beyond because they were genuinely worried about my safety since I was still driving the car in its damaged condition after the accident. One of them pulled me aside with so much sincerity, telling me how dangerous it was and emphasizing that he wouldn't even allow his own daughter or anyone in his family to drive something in that condition. For a stranger to care that much about my safety and well-being meant the absolute world to me. On top of all that, they kept me in constant, proactive contact throughout the entire repair process so I always knew exactly what was going on and when I could finally be reunited with my car. My Experience

Location is in a real bad part of town with lots of homeless drug attics and strip club. Reminds me of skid row in LA. Major construction taking place as well at the location so there was a lot of trenches you had to navigate around. Lots of heavy equipment driving near my car. Several passes by Skiploader inches away from the passenger side of my vehicle. Dylan’s there was great and the repair went a little longer then expected but all and all the repairs went well.
