Absolutely wonderful people absolutely wonderful company. I use to go to caliber collision. I will no longer do business with them. I choose Gerber instead, rates are reasonably cheaper, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was executed consistently and made sure that I was always informed of what was going on.

Mason was excellent to work with. We had a unique situation where our car was hit in a parking garage and damaged 500 miles from home. Allstate insurance was ZERO help and left it to us to get it home on our own, only to eat the expense of picking it up if we had it repaired near Nashville (where the incident happened). After 2 weeks of sitting in the tow yard and then another week in CoPart, we decided to have the car moved to Gerber. They did an excellent job keeping us apprised of repairs from a distance. We asked them if they could have it completed to align with a previously scheduled trip 2 hours close to them and we could pick it up on our way home. They did and it looks great. Highly recommend.

Mason and the team were outstanding to work with. Allstate...not so much. The Gerber team repaired our car 500 miles from where we live since Allstate wouldn't pay $400 to tow it to our town. We asked Gerber if they could have it fixed by a certain date when we would be within 2 hours of their location so we could pick it up. They obliged and did an outstanding job.

Great service. Would have been a 10 but there was a piece that was in the trunk that hadn’t been put on yet. They did say I could bring it in anytime to get it put back on.
