Received my car with obviously concealed damage, that I noticed shortly after leaving the shop. I returned to the shop and was treated like an inconvenience, and basically ignored. They then called and proceeded to say it was probably the tow yard and they were doing me a favor even offering to fix it. My experience to that point had been fine quick and easy. But the fact that someone moved the broken parts to a position as to appear fine after they were damaged was clearly an attempt by someone to deceive me the client.
