Dylan and Jillian were great! There was another older man there that helped me the first night I brought my truck in. He was super great as well. I just can’t remember his name.. the whole experience was good, they did a very good job, and in a timely manner, so far the work looks quality, I’m hoping it stays that way as some things can appear later. But I can say so far, this has been the best experience that I’ve had at any body shop that I’ve ever been to, which says a lot as I am 65 years old and I’ve had plenty of times that people have hit me and I’ve had to have my truck fixed. I’ve already recommended Gerber to two other people and will continue doing that. Thank you and they were very good at staying in touch with me and keeping me updated on the progress as well. You have good people working there they should be rewarded.!

No was told that the control arm was manufactured in correctly and truck could not be aligned had my wife pick up truck and drop off at big 5 tire in white oak where upon examination nothing was found incorrect and alignment was set to zero tolerance and I incurred a 70 dollar charge for the alignment when this was supposed to have been completed at Gerber. SMH
