From a to Z .. . My repairs were taken care of with absolute professionalism. I live out of state, a d was visiting family in TX. I was always updated ( twice a week!) by Lee. So nice to stay informed throughout all phases in the process. Dillon was my initial contact, and he was great! I felt well taken care of from the moment I walked in the door. I would highly recommend this shop!

I use Gerber because my insurance company said they'd warranty it forever, when I was asked about how the car was driving when I dropped it off I told him what I thought and they dismissed it.

The updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays they were supposed to be calls were usually just text messages and hardly got actual conversation from the business.
