I'm satisfied with the work that was done, it was great work. However I am not satisfied with the estimator. I was quoted a price that was higher if they had to replace certain parts. The estimator specifically said it will be less if we don't have to replace the 2 plastic pieces. Well they didn't have to replace them, they repaired them and the price still increased. If it was cheaper to replace the parts, then wouldn't that be the obvious route to take on the repair. I would love an explanation of why I was told it would be less if repaired, and not replaced. Yet with the repairs it was more expensive. The 2 pieces cost roughly $700 to replace but you didn't replace them, you fixed them and increased the estimate. I didn't bother asking for an explanation because I would just have gotten some lame excuse like "well there were more man hours fixing them". So I got back to, why didn't you just replace them. That seems really strange to me.
