From the time I arrived, everyone was just pleasant and supportive. I feel the work was done in a timely manner.And even after the work was done.And they made sure that I had all the bases covered, and that was really reassuring, because i've never had to do this before. I decided on Gerber because they were understanding of my need to use my truck while parts were ordered so I could continue to work right up until they were actually ready to perform repairs. Other shops will not accommodate that scenario. They also completed the repairs in a week, which is simply excellent. The work done was top notch. I have had bad experiences in the past with other shops in Longview. Everything with Gerber was outstanding. The people here took care of my vehicle knowing how important it is to me. If I ever need help with repairs or body work again, I will take my business here. If anyone I know needs a body shop, I am telling them to start with Gerber.

A small but visible scratch which was in the repair zone but not included in the formal estimate was not repaired. No extra labor or materials were needed to have fixed the scratch. I accept responsibility for the oversight as I was doing a self pay repair and trying to keep the cost down. But not a good way to have not fixed it. Otherwise, all was as promised.
