Everything works well and is brand new. There were some things that were not put back correctly. But i communicated with my tech they told me to stop by again to get it fix and everything went smoothly!

They put part on my car that didn’t fit!!! The car came back with scratches all over the front of the car and all my mats was thrown in my trunk!!! The wait was a lot longer than it should have been! Waited that long for my car not to be fixed correctly

Went to pick up on Monday and got in it and no air conditioning was not working I call them and told me to bring it back at 1.30 till 4.45 pm their couldn’t fix it

My front passenger side wheel was not fixed. I specifically put that in my statement about repairs to the car. I now have to wait to see if the “other guys” insurance pays for this repair. If they do approve it, then I either will be without a car again or I will have to waste part of my day waiting for the repairs to be completed.

For the most part the communication was great. I gave them an 8 because I was told it would be ready on one day but it was not completed until a day later. This was an issue because I was out of town and had to return to get the vehicle. When it wasn't ready when told I had to make changes to my plans.

They did a great job car drives like it’s new. Problem with the coolant engine wanted to over heat and the temp kept going up and down. Going to take it to my local Gerber to have them look at it. A/C isn’t working very good and then the collision sensor randomly turned off for half my trip then just as randomly came back on. People were great and answered the phone to help with issues on my 3 hour drive back home.
