The only part that upset me was I purchased additional insurance for the rental and felt a little pressured to do so. So then, I constantly worried how many days it was taking and hiw much that was costing. If they are going to do business within your office you might mention to them to not pressure anyone who first says NO to additional insurance. My car has full coverage so I did need it. Otherwise, all was great.
