They couldn't seem to get my pickup bed cover aligned properly and kept shutting the tailgate on the seal, they also destroyed the dust seal on the inside of the tailgate then replaced it with a different seal that doesn't even touch the bed so is useless, they tried to pass off a bed rail trim that they broke when removing it without offering to replace it until I noticed it. When I finally got all that fixed they scratched my bed cover( which I pointed out to the receptionist as she was about the only one there when I picked it up on Friday).
