I was expecting a numbered survey so I could give them a 10! They could not have been nicer. Everyone I dealt with was courteous & friendly! They got my car out in just a few days, which was great! I had noticed before I went in to pick up my car that they didn’t put the labels on the liftgate and Zach took the time to take it back into the shop and add those to be sure it was officially completed. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who has to have any type of body work done to their car. When I was leaving, Zach even said “considering the work we do I hope we don’t see you again but if you have to have somebody, I hope you’ll use us”. I heartily agreed & said I would come back if I had the unfortunate reason to. I highly recommend them.

Everyone I dealt with was so nice and friendly! They did a great job, even cleaned the inside of my car and even it looked almost brand new! As Zach said as I was leaving, considering what we do I hope we don’t see you again but if you need repairs again at Hope that you’d consider using us. I completely agreed that I hoped I didn’t see him again, but I would definitely use them if I ever had to in the future and highly recommend them. They did a great job!

Gerber did an amazing job. They were able to get me in the day of my accident where another shop said they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. They worked with my insurance company and I got my car back in just one week! The car looks and drives great. I am so impressed.
