I absolutely love the fact that I was Kept in contact with weekly! 10 STARZ for that person. The paint job looks really great and I will have to look over everything else but I’m glad she’s back and as of right now six hours later I see no problems whatsoever so thank you for all the hard work to everyone. I appreciate it! Time is the most valuable thingwe have! So to every person who took their time to fix, to work, to call great job and thank you!

Those that waited on us were thorough and helpful. The truck was drivable and we appreciated that they changed our date to start the work instead of letting the truck sit there forever. When we did take it in it was done quickly and it looks great. Thank you Gerber.

1.Was not kept updated, 2. didn't paint place next to door handle that I was told that you would paint for me 3. found glass inside rear of car, 4. inside of car was covered with powdery substance, having to have car cleaned inside 5. car was kept five days longer than told to complete costing me extra on car rental. I was given $200. off my deductable but that didn't cover the unexpected five days.

I worked mostly with Tiffany and Ivy, who are fantastic but everyone that I spoke to at Gerber were very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in what they do. I had used them before and if I ever need collision repair or glass work the will be my choice.
