Would suggest that repair team does not treat personal vehicles as their own- not adjusting radio or air temperature. Example: my A/C was on 60 degrees and fan was on full blast. My fuel meter had moved down 21 miles . This is not acceptable. There should be a policy in place to let the repair team know that misuse of personal vehicles will not be tolerated. I’m sure this is an ongoing issue but most just want to get their repaired vehicle back and just move on w/o letting the company know if this displeasure. I know because i Have done it before.

The staff gave us a lot of confidence that our repair would be carried out with great expertise. When the car was delivered we were more than impressed with the quality of the work and really kind of amazed that there was no visible evidence that the car was ever in an accident. This was important to us since the car was only about two weeks old at the time of the accident. We are very pleased.
