Of course I like your work and the people, but I am a little confused because the estimate was $891.04 and the final bill was $1986.65. I am sure that there is a reason for it, but when I saw the bill I said “It is a thousand dollars more.” There were a lot of people in the shop so I didn’t say anything else. Again, I am not angry, but just surprised and confused.
